Gi John. If you can concisely share (I want to respect your time and focus), what has worked best for you with social media marketing, other than consistency?
In early-stage startup/bootstrapped business you probably won't need specialized developers. Good to know for developers too, who would like to work in startups, be tech co-founders or just to be tech vendors.
Im trying to actually learn about ai, tools and best way to navigate this space, looking for high quality “influencers” that actually provide real insight, and actually know of the tool is worth exploring. Have YouTube videos and actually teach. Want to avoid the “this ai tool will blow your mind, send me the word agent and I’ll send you the link” click bait crap. Any suggestions??
follow founders, dont follow influencers. Influencers make money from their sponsors, but founders make money from their products.
e.g. I only share things which are useful, because that earns me respect and you may end up becoming a customer of my product. The contract is clear. But in the case of an influencer, you dont know if they were paid or not for the content they promote, so you can never really trust and in most cases the were actually paid to share "good" feedback about the product
Some Good advise, yet how does one recognise you in that position as FAIL "First Attempt In Learning" is now experience. Would love to see you deep dive those scenarios after 21-99. Looking at three small startups at the moment that have the ability to scale Global all this experience would be helpful.

posting only high effort content
it stands out a lot, cuz most people wanna get it easy and tweet simple things like questions, one-liners, etc
Genuinely curious about 21-99!
I'll share those soon, in June
Thanks for breaking it up. More impactful this way.
